Your voice is not weakened by today’s vote. If anything, it’s stronger, louder, and more powerful than ever.

What can we do?

The Senate voted 50-48 on Saturday to confirm the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh.

Now is not the time to give up and give in. Funnel your anger into action.

  1. First and foremost, make sure you’re registered to vote.
  2. Then, make sure your friends and family are registered to vote.
  3. Check your voter registration status online at GoVoteTexas.org. If you are not registered, the deadline to register to vote is October 9.

Beyond that, there is a myriad of ways to get involved in the movement.

March. Call your senators and representatives. Voice your disapproval. Canvass for a candidate that represents your values. Have you phone banked? Donated?

Progressives are mobilizing. You don’t have to search very hard to find opportunities and add a splash to the blue tsunami coming in November.

Visit our Inspire Project and read the story of why your vote matters. We have the power to change the political landscape. It starts with you.
