This Texas Tribune and University of Texas Poll for October 2013 polls on a variety of issues including the Affordable Care Act, with Greg Abbott's approval ratings at 36 percent to 24 percent unfavorable, and Wendy Davis polling at 37 percent favorability with 31 percent unfavorable.

TFN - Texans Stand Up for Access to Birth Control

This poll shows that more than two-thirds of Texas voters (68 percent) say that access to family planning and birth control is extremely important (36 percent) or very important (32 percent). Another 16 percent say that this issue is a little important. Just 13 percent say that access to family planning and birth control is not important.

THCA - Medicaid Nursing Homes

This poll of Texas voters conducted by Baselice & Associates for the Texas Health Care Association (THCA) found that 72% of Texas Tea Party voters say seniors’ Medicaid-financed nursing home care should be funded at the level state health care officials say is needed.
